Signed (DJ): ____________________ Date: __________
Signed (Client): ________________ Date: __________A general template, not legal advice — adapt it to your terms and seek advice if unsure.
A good performance agreement protects both sides: who's playing, where and when; the total fee and a non-refundable deposit that secures the date; when the balance is due; what you provide (insured, PAT-tested equipment); what the client provides (access, power, a safe space); and clear cancellation terms. Keep it readable — clients sign faster when they understand it.
Doing it by hand for every booking is the slow part. Gig Planner turns your terms into an e-signable contract with the deposit link built in, so it's signed and paid before the gig.
